How to enroll your child

fill out an inquiry form and a staff member will reach out with next steps
- 2Apply
complete the online application through RenWeb
- 3Assess & shadow
every new student takes an entry assessment and shadows a current student for a day
- 4Approval
the admissions committee reviews and approves students to enroll
- 5Enroll
approved families receive a link to complete enrollment
Re-enrollment
Re-enroll through the FACTS Family Portal: sign in, open the left navigation menu, click Apply/Enroll, then choose Enrollment/Re-enrollment. Current families may also enroll a sibling beginning November 19.
Key enrollment dates
- Nov 19: returning-family re-enrollment opens; sibling enrollment begins
- Jan 22: new-family applications open
- Apr 30: all enrollment, and any financial-aid application, must be complete
- June 1–30: summer enrollment window (no financial aid available)
Application & enrollment fees
The new-family application fee is $25. Enrollment fees vary by level and date:
